3D Modeling & Manufacturing

With over 10 years combined experience in Solidworks and fabrication shops, we can provide support for existing designs or manufacturing procedures. From converting old 2D drawings to new 3D drawings or taking existing designs and making them more manufacturable, we can help. With a food industry background we are experts in simplicity and designing for food safety. Our partner manufacturers can provide fabrication services.

Process Engineering

From plant layouts to reworking existing processes to fit a new machine, our experienced engineers can help you find the best solution. With our focus on the detailed equipment design we can ensure transfers, operator stations, and overall flow are optimized. We can make sure the layout is designed to work with the appropriate conveyors for the product. Using 3D modeling we can ensure elevations and fitment avoid costly interferences.

Meet Our Team

Our team of engineers are all graduates of the University of Arkansas Mechanical Engineering program. With over 10 years of industrial equipment experience in food processing plants, we are able to extend our academic studies to real world applications and solutions. When we aren't designing equipment you can probably find us outside riding dirt bikes, offroading the Ozarks in Jeeps, or kayaking the rivers around Northwest Arkansas.
